Pons Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils are elaborated with late harvest Arbequina olive oils.
These oils, characterized by a sweet and pleasant taste, are infused following the most traditional systems of maceration with the use of only dehydrated natural ingredients. These infused mixtures mature for a month before they are bottled in order to intensify its strength, aroma, and flavor.
Infused with specially selected garlics.
Finishing Olive Oil.
