Llágrimes del Canigó's thyme oil is made with Argudell and Picual variety olives grown in fields in Alt Empordà.
No added artificial flavors.
The cold extraction of the olives ensures that the natural aromas are optimally preserved, producing an oil with an intense and perfectly balanced flavor.
Xavi and Jesús carefully collect each sprig of thyme in the Cap de Creus area, Costa Brava. Once the plant has been collected, it is hung during the week of the full moon to fortify its natural properties.
