It is the most recent project of Ricky Mandle and Mónica Navarro, two entrepreneurs united in their respect for small producers, each other and a passion for the Mediterranean and its cuisine. The Mediterranean itself is a lifestyle, an attitude, a positive way of thinking, taking pleasure in the little things. Because we are what we eat, they defend a strict code of ethics.
