A passion for wine and love for the land
Vignalta wines are not only the result of dedication, expertise and passion, but also of a particularly favorable natural environment: the Colli Euganei (Euganean Hills).
The mineral-rich soil of volcanic origin, together with a mild climate with marked differences between day and night-time temperatures, allow Vignalta to produce grapes of extraordinary quality.

 

Estate
Vignalta is proud of having been a pioneering reality from a qualitative point of view, both by planting high intensity vineyards along the highest hills of the territory, and by vinifying the grapes with meticulousness and ambition then unknown, not only in the Colli Euganei but also in many other Italian wine-growing areas.
The company still continues its production path oriented towards excellence, the result of a great viticultural heritage articulated from south to north along the main terroirs of the Colli and the result of a modern oenological protocol interpreted with skill and awareness.

 

 

Vignalta believes in environmental sustainability. It was, in fact, one of the first wineries in Italy to install a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity.

Careful and scrupulous in vineyard management, Vignalta employs the "lotta integrata" (integrated pest management) and, with the help of survey stations, carries out pesticide treatments only when the conditions for the incubation of fungal diseases occur.
The treatments carried out are all "low environmental impact".
The meticulous management in the vineyard produces a grape of high quality and perfect balance which is then vinified with minimalist winemaking techniques.

 

 

Prestige wines
Vignalta maintains the integrity of the aromas and flavors contained in each bunch of grapes, so that those who taste Vignalta’s wines can enjoy the same strong and unique emotions as those who produce them.

 

Grappa
Vignalta also produces refined Grappas deriving from the same vines that give life to our noble wines. The quality of the raw material is strictly controlled to allow the optimal distillation yield.

 

Awards
Adding pride to their hard work, Vignalta products have obtained many important awards in Italy and abroad.
