Founded in 1605, Giuseppe Giusti is the oldest balsamic vinegar producer in the world. 17 generations of expert balsamic vinegar producers have brought Giusti to be recognized as a point of reference for enthusiasts of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Through the centuries, the Giusti family has introduced the “black Gold of Modena” all over the world.

A great Balsamic Vinegar cannot exist without a great collection of barrels.
There are barrels of various dimensions and made from various wood types.
This is the greatest patrimony of a family of Balsamic Vinegar producers. The older a barrel, the more extraordinary properties it leaves to the vinegar.
