Obtained from our estate in the village of L'Albagés. The Pons family selects the olives, from the December harvest, which are at their optimal ripeness to elaborate this excellent Classic. A delicate, aromatic and well-balanced extra virgin, with a slight almond flavor and a maximum acidity of 0.25%.
